This Privacy Policy explains how Texan Rewards, LLC, doing business as Texn Rewards ("Texn Rewards," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit texnrewards.com or sign up to receive text messages from Texn Rewards.

Text messaging privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, including your mobile number.

1. Who we are

Texn Rewards provides customer check-in, rewards, and text messaging software for automotive recycling businesses. We meet automotive recycling owners and staff at industry trade shows, where they can sign up at our kiosk to receive text messages from Texn Rewards about our products, promotions, and special offers.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

Your name, mobile phone number, email address, business name, and job title, when you sign up at our trade show kiosk, fill out a form on our website, or contact us.
Your consent to receive text messages, including the date, time, and place you signed up and the consent language shown to you.
Your replies to our text messages, including HELP and STOP requests.

Information collected automatically:

Text message delivery records, such as when a message was sent and whether it was delivered.
When you visit our website, basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, and approximate location based on IP address. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, and it uses cookies to do so.

3. How we use information

To send you the Texn Rewards text messages you signed up for, such as product updates, promotions, and special offers, and to honor your opt-out choices.
To follow up with you about a demo or question you asked us about.
To respond to HELP requests, questions, and support requests.

With service providers that help us run our business, such as our text messaging provider and wireless carriers that deliver our messages, cloud hosting, and website analytics. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Texn Rewards.
